BigBet Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

BigBet is an internationally licensed online betting platform. To use this platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years years of age. Use of BigBet's services by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online betting is not legally prohibited.
• Each individual may only one account per person. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed.
• You must manage your account in your own name and using your own payment methods — playing or transacting on behalf of another person is not permitted.

When opening an account at BigBet, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false or fabricated details is a direct violation of these rules.

• The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be your genuine personal details.
• OTP verification sent to your mobile number is mandatory to activate your account.
• For large withdrawals, BigBet may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification — you may be required to submit a photo of your national ID or passport.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You should not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact BigBet support immediately.

BigBet may request additional verification documents at any time, and certain account functions may be temporarily restricted until those documents are received.

The following rules apply when placing bets on BigBet. Detailed rules for each individual sport can be found within the platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except in certain specific cases Cash Out feature can be used.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, BigBet reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the associated bet will also be voided and the original stake will be refunded.
• In in-play (live) betting, there may be a slight delay between the time a bet is placed and the official game clock — this is normal and due to technical reasons.
• Accumulator bets can be placed on multiple related outcomes within the same event, but each selection will be evaluated independently.
• If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, BigBet may place the relevant bet under review or cancel it.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on BigBet. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and approved bank transfers.
• Minimum Deposit ৳200 and minimum withdrawal ৳500।
• Withdrawals can only be processed through the same method used for the deposit.
• After submitting a withdrawal request, it typically takes 5–15 minutes processing is completed. First-time or large withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes eligible for withdrawal only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Transactions through third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited — only payment methods registered in the account holder's own name may be used.
• If money laundering is suspected, BigBet is obligated to freeze the relevant transactions and report them to the appropriate authorities.

All bonuses and promotional offers at BigBet are subject to the general terms below. Specific conditions for each bonus are listed separately on the Bonus page.

• Welcome Bonus Once per account available — the same person cannot claim bonuses by opening multiple accounts.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Bets with odds below 1.50 Bets are not counted towards wagering requirements.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled — requests for extensions will not be accepted.
• BigBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• If a member is found manipulating the bonus system, their bonus may be voided and their account suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BigBet platform. Any breach will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or any technical means.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Inappropriate behavior or threats directed at any BigBet staff member.
• Following deliberate betting patterns designed to exploit the bonus system (including arbitrage betting).

If any activity is deemed suspicious at BigBet's discretion, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

BigBet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is violated.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found on the account.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 365 days).
• If the information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete.
• When required by authorities or legal obligation.

Members may request account closure at any time. In such cases, any valid balance (excluding bonus balance) will be refunded.

BigBet believes betting is a form of entertainment — it should never be seen as a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. We are committed to responsible gaming.

• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set at your discretion.
• Session time limit: You can set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Your account can be locked for a fixed period or permanently.
• Reality Check: After a set time, the platform will remind you how long you have been playing.
